  3. Step 03

    File with the state

    New entities are filed with the Florida Division of Corporations. Existing companies list us via a registered agent change when you are switching.

  4. Step 04

    We stay on watch

    Once you are live, we accept mail and process, notify you, and forward according to your plan.
